About Bubble Shooter
Bubble Shooter is the classic arcade puzzle. You aim a launcher at a ceiling of coloured bubbles and clear them by matching three or more of the same colour. The level is lost if a bubble crosses the bottom line. It takes one finger to play, and it is laid out for a tall screen.
This version has a detail worth knowing. The ceiling moves down after every five shots, so slow play gets punished, and bubbles that drop score more than bubbles you pop directly: 20 points against 15.
How to play
- Aim the launcher by moving your mouse or finger.
- Release to shoot. The bubble sticks where it lands.
- Connect three or more bubbles of the same colour to pop them.
- Any bubbles left hanging with nothing to hold them will fall.
- Clear every bubble before any of them crosses the bottom line.
These are the usual rules. If the game shows you something different on screen, follow the game.
Tips
- Hit the bubbles near the top of a cluster. Pop the anchors and everything below will fall, and falling bubbles are worth more.
- Bounce shots off the side walls to reach gaps you cannot hit directly.
- Count your shots. The ceiling drops every five, so make your bigger moves before it does.
- Do not stack single colours at the edges. Those spots are hard to reach later.
