About Sweety Mahjong
Sweety Mahjong swaps the traditional bamboo and dragon tiles for candy. It is a colourful tile-matching puzzle that fits a short break, with no opponent to wait for. Quick matches earn more score, and using a hint costs you 10 points.
Mahjong solitaire is different from the four-player game of mahjong. The solitaire version uses the same style of tiles, but it is a matching puzzle for one person, and it became popular on home computers in the 1980s.
How to play
- Look over the layout of tiles.
- Find two matching tiles that are both free. A tile is usually free if nothing is on top of it and at least one side is open.
- Tap both tiles to remove them from the board.
- Keep matching pairs until the board is clear.
These are the usual rules. If the game shows you something different on screen, follow the game.
Tips
- Work on the tallest stacks first. They hide the most tiles.
- Open up the long rows from the ends, so that more tiles become free.
- If you can see all four of a tile, clear them together. They cannot block you afterwards.
- Avoid hints if you are chasing a high score. Each one costs 10 points.
