About Penalty Shooters
Penalty Shooters turns the most tense moment in football into a tournament. You pick a team, then take turns shooting and keeping goal as you work your way through the rounds. It is played with a click or a tap, so you can start straight away on any device.
Being good at it means handling both jobs. Shooting takes accuracy, while keeping takes reading your opponent, and a shootout can turn on one save.
How to play
- Choose your team.
- Take your shot with a mouse click or a tap, aiming at the part of the goal you want to hit.
- Swap to goalkeeper and try to stop your opponent's shot.
- Keep alternating until one side wins the shootout.
- Win to move on to the next round of the tournament.
These are the usual rules. If the game shows you something different on screen, follow the game.
Tips
- Choose your corner before you shoot. Changing your mind at the last moment ruins accuracy.
- Low corners are hard for keepers to reach, and they do not risk going over the bar.
- Mix up your direction. If you shoot left three times, expect the keeper to notice.
- As keeper, watch for patterns rather than guessing at random.
