About Battleship War Multiplayer
Battleship War Multiplayer has two modes. Classic is the pen-and-paper naval duel: hide your fleet, then take turns firing at unseen squares. Advanced lets you collect points and spend them on power-ups, including an Airstrike that hits several random cells and a Radar that reveals an enemy position.
Battleship looks like pure guessing, but it is really a game of probability. Each miss tells you something, and a smart search finds ships far faster than random fire.
How to play
- Place your ships on your grid where your opponent cannot see them.
- Take turns choosing a square on the enemy grid to fire at.
- A hit means part of a ship is there. A miss means that square is empty water.
- Sink a ship by hitting every square it occupies.
- The first player to sink the whole enemy fleet wins.
These are the usual rules. If the game shows you something different on screen, follow the game.
Tips
- Do not line your ships up along the edge or pack them tightly. Spread placement makes them harder to find.
- Search in a checkerboard pattern. Every ship covers at least two squares, so you can skip every other square and still find them all.
- After a hit, try the four neighbouring squares until you find the ship's direction, then follow the line.
- In Advanced mode, hits earn 15 points and chained hits multiply that, while each hit you take costs 5. Chain your hits before you spend.

Yes. You can play the computer or a live opponent online.
What is the best way to find ships?
Fire in a checkerboard pattern. It covers the board with the fewest shots and still catches every ship.
