About Carrom 2 Player
Carrom is the tabletop game of South Asia, often described as finger billiards. Players flick a heavy striker across a smooth square board to knock lighter wooden coins into the four corner pockets. It is played everywhere from family homes to national championships.
Carrom 2 Player brings that feel to the browser with physics that reward angles rather than raw power. Coins bounce off the rails as they do on a real board, so a shot that looks impossible straight on is often easy off the cushion.
How to play
- One player takes the light coins and the other takes the dark coins. The red coin in the centre is the queen.
- Place your striker on your baseline, then aim and shoot with your mouse.
- Pocket one of your own coins and you shoot again. Miss and the turn passes.
- If you pocket the queen, you need to "cover" it by pocketing one of your own coins on the next shot, or it returns to the centre.
- Pocketing the striker is a foul and usually costs you a coin.
- Clear all your coins first to win the board.
These are the usual rules. If the game shows you something different on screen, follow the game.
Tips
- Aim at the side of a coin rather than its centre. The contact point decides where it travels.
- Plan your next shot before you take this one. A coin left near a pocket is a gift to whoever shoots next.
- Go for the queen once you have an easy coin lined up to cover it with.
- Softer shots keep the striker away from the pockets and reduce fouls.

Questions about Carrom 2 Player
What is the queen in carrom?
The queen is the red coin in the centre. It is worth bonus points but only counts if you cover it by pocketing one of your own coins straight afterwards.
Is carrom a game of skill or luck?
Almost entirely skill. There are no dice or cards. Every outcome comes down to your aim and shot strength.
